Can therapy help you?
Answer this and more with “Bridge to Therapy”
Is therapy for you?
Bridge to Therapy
Maybe you’ve wondered:
- What actually happens in therapy?
- Would it even help with what I’m dealing with?
- Is my situation “serious enough” for therapy?
- How do I know if I need it?
You’re not alone in these questions.
We’re excited to introduce Bridge to Therapy – a weekly group designed to help you explore mental health principles and practices in a low-pressure environment, so you can decide if individual therapy is right for you.
What Bridge to Therapy is:
- A chance to learn what therapy actually involves – without committing to ongoing sessions
- An introduction to mental health concepts and the science behind therapeutic practices
- A space to explore different ways of thinking about your struggles
- A bridge between curiosity and commitment
What Bridge to Therapy is NOT:
- Deep-dive trauma processing or PTSD treatment
- A replacement for individual therapy
- A crisis intervention service
Perfect for people who:
- Are therapy-curious but unsure about taking the leap
- Need therapy but are currently on a waitlist for services
- Cannot currently afford individual therapy but want to learn
- Want to understand mental health tools before committing to regular sessions
Weekly Meetings:
- When: Thursdays at 5:00 PM
- Where: 1034 RSI Drive, Suite 120, Logan, UT
- Investment: $20 each time (Can bill individual insurance if preferred)
- Led by: Licensed therapists
Come explore. Come learn. Come see if therapy might be the next right step for you.
No pressure. No judgment. Just information and insight to help you make an informed decision about your mental health.
Topics we explore include:
Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Relationships, Emotions and Thoughts, Values and Mental Health, Boundaries, And much more!
You can attend one session or multiple sessions—whatever feels right for your journey.
