Youth Mental Health Summit-2
An Event Planned by Youth, for Youth

What is the Youth Mental Health Summit?

The Youth Mental Health Summit is an annual faith-based mental health event for youth ages 13-19 held each April.

Planned by Youth Ambassadors, it aims to build resilience, boost self-esteem, and prevent chronic mental health issues. The event promotes awareness, social connections and provides a safe space to discuss mental health openly and build skills, offering practical solutions and hopeful messages.

Youth (13-19) can join breakout sessions on various skills like art, music, sports, cooking, plant care, frisbee golf and writing. Young adults can explore career skills and gain knowledge to address common challenges of these transition times.

The Youth Mental Health Summit seeks to foster a culture of mental wellness, reversing the trend of chronic mental health issues and empowering participants to create a healthier community.

Toni Fulks

Toni Fulks

Sublimation T-shirts and ADHD

I’m Toni Fulks, and I believe in the power of embracing your unique talents and individuality in what I call the “Spirit of Awesomeness.” I was Diagnosed with ADHD a year and a half ago and I’m on a journey to unpack my life and unmask who I truly am, while advocating for others facing similar challenges.

The Stigma and misinformation about ADHD is widespread we need that to change. ADHD is a Super Power! As soon as you accept it, embrace it, and fill in the gaps in your brain you can be wildly successful.

I own Cranky Tees, where “Cranky” means strange, unusual or weird—This perfectly describes my vibe. I’m a hopeless optimist and believe in dealing with life with as much laughter as possible. My mind races with ideas all day, and I channel that energy into my t-shirt designs.

My Cranky Tees, are inspired by my life and unique perspective of the world acting as my own personal therapy session. I believe that clothes can be comforting, empowering and speak volumes without saying a word and that provide comfort and joy amidst life’s chaos.

I’m married to a pediatrician and we have four kids. I aim to help my kids and others thrive with their ADHD, unlocking their unique potential.

Our Purpose

What is the Youth Wellness Center?

Our Youth Wellness Center is dedicated to supporting the spirituality (non-denominational) and mental health and wellness of youth ages 13-17.

We recognize the crucial role mental health plays in an adolescent’s overall wellbeing. We offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of youth in this era.

Our programs include support groups and opportunities for skill development and exploration where youth can gain confidence and meet with like-minded individuals to develop lasting friendships.

Additionally, the Youth Wellness Center provides education for parents, religious leaders, schools and other adults who are most often at the front-lines having interactions and providing support to youth as they navigate their challenges. We provide tools to help these adults work with youth in their influence.

What is Paz Wellness?

Spirituality and Faith

Our goal is to help people on their mental health journey by understanding that spirituality and faith play a big role in giving hope during healing. We know that trusting in God or a higher power can improve someone’s well-being and make life better. We urge our clients to explore, remember, or find meaning by connecting with their faith and spirituality.

Practical and Affordable Mental Health
We aim to accomplish this through the treatment and prevention of anxiety and depression by incorporating spirituality, psychoeducation and coping skills in a class or group setting. This approach reduces cost for the client and taps into the evidence-based benefits of shared group experiences. When indicated, we also provide individual therapy. We believe in the combination of neuroscience, spirituality, therapy, medical care, education, mindful movement, and connection. We strive to provide options for individuals and families who are needing help but are struggling to find it due to waitlists or insurance barriers.
Services for All
Paz Wellness welcomes clients of all religions, spiritual beliefs, cultures, abilities, ages, sexual orientations, gender identities, and immigration status. We provide care for all who are seeking help and looking for evidence-based assistance. We strive to promote spiritual-based and strengths-based treatment for all.
